An evening with Nameless Numberhead & Friends
A Magical Night of Who's Who and Who's That in Charleston Comedy
Maari Suorsa and Henry Riggs have been aiding and abetting the underground comedy scene in Charleston for years. They’ve also been your friendly Charleston Music Hall bartenders for years. So what happens when management lets them take over the Music Hall stage for a night? They invite a bunch of their comedy friends for a night packed full of Improv, Sketch, and Stand Up. An evening with Nameless Numberhead will feature performers from local favorites like Rip City CHS, eXcess boXes, C.H.A.M.P.S., Vernon Moses, Chucktown Comedy Supreme, and more! The show will feature all kinds of comedians sharing the stage for a cold night of hot laughs.

Front Porch Improv: Sketch Comedy Takeover
3 of our favorite sketch comedy groups are taking over the Saturday night Fun House! Vernon Moses, Ratio Girls, and Nameless Numberhead will do back to back sets of original sketch comedy goodness. Then all three teams will join together at the end of the show for a big ole improv jam!
CONNECT SAVANNAH newspaper says, "FRONT PORCH IMPROV has been a leading force in the comedy scene...consistently providing incredible improv comedy performances."
Our shows last approximately 90 minutes and are rated PG-13.
Online ticket sales will close one hour before a show begins. In-Person Tickets are still available at the venue when the box office opens (30 minutes before a show begins).

Piccolo Encore
Greetings Friends! We've got a comedy program we'd like to show you.
Nameless Numberhead is a hyperbolic comedy duo with over 400 years of experience. Comedians Maari Suorsa and Henry Riggs are as married as they are funny. Their show blends social satire with original music and beautiful absurdity. Using foot switches and petals, all of the show's DYI technical elements are run from stage. The duo has toured all over the country to colleges and festivals and have been featured on Funny or Die, San Francisco Sketchfest, NY Sketchfest, Cincinnati Fringe, Dallas Comedy Festival, TedX Charleston, and collaborated with Shovels & Rope on the band's recent film project. Charm City Comedy Project calls Nameless Numberhead "one of the most compelling sketch shows we've ever hosted." More at www.numberheadcomedy.com.

You’ll get all the fresh comedy you can handle for just 5 american dollars. And the Holy City Brewery has plenty of delicious craft beer that pairs perfectly with laughter. Rip City CHS is back in full force and Ripolo Citleto is sure to be a nice comedy time.

Rip City: XIX
Rip City is Charleston’s favorite monthly variety comedy show that takes place in an art gallery. It's a claim so specifc, it has to be true. This summer, we're teaming up with PULP Gallery and Bookstore for their summer “Stir Fry LIVE” Series.
Each show is completely different featuring a rotating cast of comedians, musicians, actors, poets, animal handlers, nudity enthusiasts, and anything else that might lean more on the experimental side. You never know what you'll see at Rip City but odds are you’ll be very entertained. Probably goes without saying but leave the kids at home for this one.

Nameless Numberhead Best Of
Maari Suorsa and Henry Riggs have been performing sketch comedy in Charleston under the alias Nameless Numberhead for almost 2 years now. The duo is compiling their best written material and throwing it all in one big funny pile of a show. This hour-ish long sketch comedy show promises to as brilliantly dumb as it is stupidly smart. See the show that everyone is calling “Ooooo, haven’t seen them yet, but I’ve really been meaning to!” Even though the Charleston based comedy duo can be seen regularly at the monthly Rip City show, they are back at Theatre 99 for one night only that you won’t want to miss. Unless of course you do want to miss it, in which case, who cares. Live your life.

Rip City XV
A monthly comedy show that features original sketches, music, solo characters, and anything in between from Charleston's best local artists.
It's not a stand-up, it's not improv, it's not an open mic, but it is balls to the wall and it will get weird. Leave the kids at home.

A monthly comedy show that features original sketches, music, solo characters, and anything in between from Savannah's best local artists and friends.
“The Crash Comedy Show” is an hour long, anything goes variety show created and curated by local comedian/improviser John R Brennan. Heavily inspired by Brennan’s time in Charleston, it borrows elements from a Charleston comedy/variety RIP CITY. Although ‘The Crash Comedy Show’ is still in it’s infancy, the goal of the show is to provide a platform for artists of all backgrounds to experiment with their material in a supportive setting where anything goes regardless of pass/fail.
Leave the kids at home.
